Heceta Head Beach 12 inch by 12 inch Original Oil on Canvas Painting

One of the most stunning spots on the entire Pacific Coast, Heceta Head is one of my favorite places to visit and paint.  Using underlying jewel tones, orange and purple introduce themselves beneath the blue, gray and greens of the landscape. This technique makes the traditional colors of the landscape more vibrant and interesting because of the contrast.
