This charming village balances on the Bay of Kotor in Montenegro in the Balkans. The tile roofs contrast well with the blue of the sheltered harbor. Perast is a beautiful village on the innermost inlet off of the Adriatic Sea. We spent a magical evening here before heading back to Croatia.
